Order

  • It is possible to make the order by telephone at numbers +420602358998 – Mr. MIKUDA or +420602378812 – Mr. FRIDRICH or via e-mail at mikuda@sunprop­s.cz.
  • It is possible to order the stay only from Saturday to Saturday during the season.
  • It is possible to arrange for an individual length of stay in the off season.

Reservation + the way of reimbursement

  • In case of serious interest we will send you by e-mail our general conditions on the basis of which you will within 5 days reimburse a deposit in the amount of 30% of the price of stay, either by wire transfer or in the bank (ČSOB).
  • The additional payment must be reimbursed 60 days before the beginning of stay at latest.
  • General conditions signed by you serve as a voucher for accommodation. The conditions will be given to the chalet administrator upon your arrival.
  • A receipt will be issued for your stay.

Deposit

  • We take a deposit of CZK 3,000 or EUR 100 in the day of arrival. Deposit will be returned in case no damage to the furniture or interior of the apartment.

Stay tax ( air tax):

  • Upon arrival, visitor will pay CZK 19,– /adult/day and CZK 4,– /child/day. This fee goes to the local municipal office and is not included in the price of accommodation.

Arrival and departure

  • Apartments „on the ski slope“ are located in the centre of black run in ski resort Horní domky in the mountain chalet Švadlenka. It is not possible to drive up to the apartments in winter months.
  • Option 1: Park near hotel Starý Mlýn behind football field on paid supervised parking place. Price per week is cca 950,– The road from chalet to parking site is approximately 4 km long. Based on previous agreement we can provide a rive in snow mobile (8 persons + luggage) or by a scooter of the chalet administrator. The price of this service is not included in the price of stay. Or you can individually order any taxi service available in Rokytnice. Transport snow mobile: +420 724 316 597 or +420 607 135 597.
  • Option 2: Park free of charge on parking site 3 or 4 below hotel Rokytka in ski area Horní Domky and order taxi service available in Rokytnice. Transport snow mobile: +420 724 316 597 or +420 607 135 597. Which we can manage for you as well.
  • The above information is valid also when leaving.
  • Rooms must be vacated on Saturday before 10.00.

Conditions of cancellation

  • If customer withdraws from concluded contract, he is obliged to reimburse the below declared cancellation charges from the total price of stay. The prices of stay are binding in the amount specified in these conditions.

Cancellation charges

  • 30% from the price of stay if customer withdraws from contract more than 45 days before the beginning of stay
  • 70% from the price of stay, if customer withdraws from contract 45 – 21 days before the beginning of stay
  • 100% from the price of stay, if customer withdraws from the contract less than 21 days before the beginning of stay
